To be honest, I like them more, than GH's (which are brilliant either).

Sounds cool dude, great cut, and thanks for the props! The cymbals are too loud IMO, which combined with the amount of presence in the guitar tone (which I do like on its own) get pretty piercing, but overall bitchin'! Was this Revalver? And are those live drums?

Haha, I thought exactly the same about the cymbals when I listened to it on my ipod. Gotta check that again.

Yeah, fully Revalver II. Pretty basic setup. Screamer into Kitty's Red Channel into your Impulses (actually I forgot which one). One guitar per side.

And are those live drums?

But no, everything programmed (and not even good - most of it is just copy'n'paste).
Sounds are S2.0 ... processed in Logic.

how did you get that snare in SD 2.0? Can you post some presets or settings?

It's the Rogers Wood-snare. Adjusted the levels of the 3 mics and routed that to an Output in S2 ->
10:1 compression with at least 10db gain Reduction
A 6db boost at 8k
Event Horizon as clipper
