If wikipedia is to be believed, they met the girl 15 years after the photoshoot and she had no problems with it.

EDIT: it's still a terrible cover, just saying the kid wasn't harmed in any way.

The original Camel - Mirage album cover is so cheesy that it's just damn awesome!

That must have been the original U.S release cover, cause they had that problem with the Camel cigarette brand... I gotta say I like it even better than the actual cover.
