The main reason is that it's pretty far from my house and I dont like traveling downtown. It seems like they always cram too many people in there. The last time I went to the HOB they took forever to get everyone inside, and I missed the opening band. Also, I hate how they check IDs at the door.
Actually I really don't hate the HOB I just prefer other venues. It should be an awesome show though.

I hope to be there. Don't know if it'll be a reality, though. Getting downtown is a real pain in the ass for me.

I like the HoB atmosphere, not big but not small, great decorations and a good view from everywhere. I live in the nw suburbs, getting downtown is a pain from anywhere but downtown, so Im gonna take the day off of the show and just booze in the city all day.

I live between Addison and Belmont, so getting to the Vic or Metro, or even the Aragon or Riv is very easy. I don't like the HoB for the reasons stated earlier as well. I really wish it was at one of those other venues.
