Chicago's Witchslayer are back

an old Chicago band Witchslayer are back....some of you guys who like the doomy stuff should be happy. It seems every band is coming out of the woodwork now. Still though it is cool to see some classic bands play again.

They had me until I read "re-record those old songs." I get why bands might want to do this, but why don't they ever realize that what the 12 people who actually know/remember them really want is the original material, remastered?

I agree....or do what Slander did on thier release on Stormspell....put 2 disc in there. One of the original recordings and one of the rerecordings. At least the long time fans get the original stuff.
