Sweden's IN FLAMES have confirmed that they will be embarking on a short Australian tour with CHIMAIRA beginning in mid-September. The confirmed dates and venues are as follows:

Sep. 17 – Heaven - Adelaide, AUS (all ages)
Sep. 18 - Hi-Fi Bar - Melbourne, AUS (18+)
Sep. 19 - Hi-Fi Bar - Melbourne, AUS (matinee, under 18)
Sep. 21 - Manning Bar – Sydney, AUS (all ages)
Sep. 22 - Manning Bar - Sydney, AUS (18+)

Yay! Another shit band touring... AWESOME! :notworthy

However, Chimera fucking rock, so if they headline, and im assuming they will, I may well go!

Yay, they're touring Adelaide! In Flames were once my favourite band so if they had toured back then I probably would have flown down to Sydney for them. But then they came out with Reroute to Remain or whatever it was. Woo, they tour Australia AND I get to save a few hundred bucks! EVERYONE'S a winner!

I like a few In Flames songs, but that doesn't warrant going to see them. Good to see more international bands touring though, at this rate, someone good will have to tour sooner or later (you would think :hypno: ).

Chimaira aren't bad from what I have heard, but I am not really into them, and don't think I would like them enough to go either.

I'll be there. Haven't heard their last couple of albums, but I'm sure I'll enjoy the gig. They used to fucking rock.

That reminds me, I need to get my Vai ticket.

Any bill's better than no bill, DravenMist. Of course, it might be better if Scandinavian bands didn't tour here, then go home and tell other (better?) Scandinavian bands how good touring Australia was etc etc.

Chimaira are awesome Blitzy, get The Impossibility Of Reason and give it a listen, they rock!

I reckon after this lot, theres no more shit bands left, so every tour will just be great bands that we think are awesome Blitzy :)

In Flames were good. Wouldn't bother seeing them now as I am guessing they would mainly play stuff off their last two albums.

Daysend split up
