I can tell you pretty much everytime there is Bach, and that the DWOT intro comes from Et expecto resurrectionem from the Mass of Bach.

Ah, and the classical section in Dressed to kill comes from Bach's BWV847.

Here's a more authentic version of the Bach Harpsichord concerto found in Fool's Paradise. It is played on a harpsichord at the correct tempo as intended whereas Glen Gould played it on a piano. I recommend you watch this one instead of the original post because you can hear that Symphony X has more similarity to this version. Good thread. Some of the original links are also broken now. Need reposts. Ill do later
