I've agreed with most of the stuff you've said in the past, but if you like the Doom/Death genre than there is no reason to not like Swallow The Sun. They are phenomenal. Please tell me that is the only disc you've heard by them because it is the worst one. Try the first track off of Ghosts of Loss and get back to me.

Maybe I didn't make myself clear. I'll try now. STS are a phenominal band, agreed there. The guitars and melody's are just fuckin' beautiful. However, the singer just ruins it for me. And yes, TMNC is the only disc I've heard. I just wasn't compelled to buy anymore because of the vocalist. I'll take your advice and listen to more. Thanx, man.

That song is amazing, but there is no way in hell that Ghosts Of Loss is better than The Morning Never Came...they're both good, but definitely not equal.

That song owns. I was hoping they'd play it live when I seen them w/ Katatonia but they didn't. I still like Ghosts of Loss better for some reason. Probably because it was my 1st STS purchase.

heh, this band reminds me of Circa Survive. Great progressive music but the vocalist sounds terrible.
