Seriously, it's not as bad as they say. And I'm a slow drinker, so my coffee is room-temperature most of the time anyway.

Good thread, but I really hate cold coffee. It´s like a nightmare, when I cheerful recognize, there is some coffe in the pot...and then it´s not HOT :zombie: Even *not hot* is terrible for me

Okay, I hate cold coffee (different than iced which I love), and I hate when it's really hot. Essentially though, agree with you. I love when coffee is warm/slightly above room temperture. I can really taste it that way! I can never even taste anything if coffee is too hot.

I'm with you dude! I love it at any temperature, but normal hotness is my favorite. Overly hot I HATE, simply for the fact that it burns my tongue and I have to wait to drink it lol. I love iced coffee too. I just love coffee in general.

As some of you may know, I work at a McDonalds. Since I'm a fan of coffee I'll sometimes get a cup at work. Fatal mistake. The coffee is infernally hot coming out of the machine, and it is completely indestructable temperature-wise. I once put a cup in the fucking freezer to cool it off, forgot about it, went and got it about 25 minutes later and IT WAS STILL TOO HOT! Holy hell, Batman.
Also, black coffee is pretty much the only way to go. Sure, Cappucinos and all that is pretty cool, but never have regular coffee with milk and shit in it. It completely ruins the taste, and turns it into this mutant of sweet and bitter EVIL.

Hmm, I can actually imagine milk being suitable when it is cold, strangely enough. But not when it's hot, then all the flavour is ruined!

Burnt my tong quite a few times with this crap. I wouldn't even call it coffee.. more like boiling water.
I'd love to get off of mass coffee consumption... it just doesn't happen. I have to take a piss about every 15 minutes...

Edit: And I drink it almost always with milk... otherwise I'd probably be dead already.
