If you go to Amazon.com, there's something called "Collection" from Anthrax that is supposedly coming out on August 5th. Is this the new album perhaps??? a b-sides single?? or another "best of "????

It's another "Best of" that the band had nothing to do with.
Avoid it. The one you want is "We've Come For You All", but there is no official release date (although it's tentatively the end of October).

Again, it's the labels, not the band. And since they've been through a number of labels lately, they're all trying to cash in (maybe trying to take advantage of an upcoming Anthrax resurgence
