Has anyone noticed that the drum-break at 8 : 50 in "To Bid You Farewell" doesn´t really fit there, It bugs me once in a great while and I was wondering if you people had any thoughts on the matter?


P.s. While I was driving today listening to Opeth I realised how great they are... Problably for 19th time but damn it feels good to discover the band over and over again

I noticed it to. It's a beautiful song, but that part is just odd. It kind of sounds like it was an accident or something........oh well, it doesn't change the fact that To Bid You Farwell is one of my favorite songs.

My special term for that is 'Opethic Epiphany'. I experience those frequently, as a matter of fact. That's the greatest thing about this music. It keeps growing somehow, it keeps revealing itself veil by veil.
