I was listening to them today in the car. One song is about a park. "AND THE DETAILS TRANSPIRED IN THE MORNING PAPER"

That song Frozen Asleep in the Park... my favorite from that album
And I'd say it's more about the old lady that died in the park than the actual park itself.
