Coming from Canada, I know all there is to know about hockey. Excellent win for Sweden, I hope you enjoy it. Your hockey talent is excellent. I love watching Sweden play, and I'll always love Sundin, being a Toronto Maple Leaf fan myself.

Aki Berg is a piece of shit'' defenceman. No idea how was selected to play in the olympics. He panics with the puck constantly, regardless of how much time he has. The rare time he doesn't give the puck away at the blue line leaving poor Telqvist(sp) to bail him out, the pass is in the wingers skates, and then theres usually a neutural zone giveaway which could mean an odd man rush on Telqvist...When he carries the puck, he always seems to find the high traffic areas and gets stipped of the puck because he has some of the choppiest hands in the NHL. The leafs aren't going to make the playoffs, and I think it's safe to say its almost entirely his fault. Sure, Allison is a slow piece of crap, and Belfour is going to need a wheel chair to get around soon...But Bergs giveaways and stupid penalties always come at the most inoppurtune times, and it always seems to fuck the leafs over...

He's alright. He was playing with their farm team in the AHL I believe. He's been in the NHL for about 5 seasons. Backed up Martin Biron for most of those years. Damn Ryan Miller takes away Birons starting job. Noronen is solid. Nothing special, but solid. Some say he may very well be the next Miika Kiprusoff, but I call bullshit...I'm a goalie too...So I know my stuff.
*edit* dont expect to see Noronen too much. Alex Auld is doing a pretty good job, and Noronen won't really get a chance to try and take away his starting job.
