Except the tracks, besides Chuck's, haven't been recorded yet. The label put out the "Zero Tolerance" discs, which are instrumental (iirc) demos of the first and second Control Denied album.

I love Steve's basswork, it's amazing. All of the rest of the band is ready to record their parts, but if I remember right, I don't think the case been settled in court yet.

Great Album Horrible Vocals, I hate that DT/ Iced Earth, Shit to Played out, But The rest of the Band is Great, Maybe Opeth Can Pay Richard Christy Enough now to Join...

I personally love the vocals...I'm not a big fan of power metal either (Iced Earth and Blind Guardian are really the only power bands I listen to), but I loved the vocals in CD. I thought they were Chuck at first, ironically, because I listened to the Painkiller cover on TSOP before I listened to the Control Denied CD.
