Well, the latter part sounds kinda cool too.

Seriously, you should be happy! I was in the same boat man...perfectly normal. Sucked, yes, but like you said it's kinda fun looking back.

Bullets by Creed.

Some of their ballady type songs are quite powerful but most are pretty boring. Usually when it came to heavying it up they didn't do that well. Bullets was a good attempt though and is still one of my favourite songs. Stapp's vocals aren't brilliant but they suit the song.

I still think their debut is quite awesome. Much more edgy than the overly polished radio rock crap that came after [Away From The Sun]... They went down the Nickelback road and I fear Black Stone Cherry will do the same.
