Cough on 'The Moor'/SL tracking fuckups

Hey guys, I know this has been done to death but I need to grab a definitive answer from you all to stick onto the FAQ.

What's the deal with the 'cough' on The Moor and more importantly, at which exact times does the channel on Still Life cut out?

10:08 is pretty obvious, it just kinda sounds like a soft sigh. I thought it was there on purpose originally.

What do you mean when does the channel on Still Life cut out? 10:08? 10:08 through what song? Still Life isn't a song.

Looking at the title, I was almost worried! Sorry, I haven't heard the cough.However I slowed down The Moor on Nero Wave Editor and there's a part where it sounds like a sigh or something. There's also something similar in To Rid The Disease.....
