I've looked on Opeth's official merch page and have done a few lazy Google/Yahoo searches that have brought me no results. If there is anywhere on the internet that I can buy a regular Opeth ballcap-style hat, please let me know; I'd appreciate it.

I have one and have had it for about 4 years now. I bought it mailorder, I think it was US tour merchandise. If I remember, it was a link from the official site.
The cap itself if just plain black, with the "O" logo embroidered on the front in gold.
