I just picked up a crane song flamingo and I am loving it! Much better low end definition!. I am currently using an ENGL Invader 150 running through an Ecila 2x12 & 1x15 cab and it sounds great so far. I am supposed to be getting my friend Trent from After the Burial in here next week to lay down some tracks with his Ibanez 8 string Prestige. (how low can you go?) We'll see how it goes. Anyway my question to you guys is, what would be the best tracking compressor? I am looking at an API 2500 for a summing compressor, but what would be good for vocals, guitars and room mics? EMPIRICAL LABS?
