The fan club wouldn't sell ALL the tickets, they'd just have an allocation. Still plenty of tickets to buy at Ticketek or whoever, I'm sure.

Exactly, there would still be tickets from each (or most) sections available to the general public.

From what I read since I last posted on this thread, the fan club only has an allocation in each section, so I'm guessing that's what's sold out. It intrigues me that Motley couldn't sell enough tickets for their 2000 tour, but this new set of shows is "selling out" before tickets even go on sale.

It is cool to like them again now. I often see goth type kids wearing Crue shirts and stuff the last 2 odd years. Come backs and reunions are also popular at the moment.
The story is that fan club members had an allocation of tickets in packages where they could order a week before tickets went on sale. Those fan club packages sold out in 15 minutes. 95% of the arena is still available and going on sale on Monday!

Got mind today.....ran into Koichi.....gee all these old ducks were in at ticket buying tickets to the Davis Cup Tennis (I hope) and had to wait a little while .only 164 or so sleeps

I got mine today. First time in ages (can't remember when) that I've actually walked into Ticketek to buy a ticket rather than do it online.

Yes this will be the first gig I will be going too 4 some time. Except of course the Tatts at the Hellenic Club in Canberra

We got seats in section C, but they are rather cool ones. We didn't get ours until early afternoon, and there was still heaps of Section A and Bs left, so it's not exactly selling like hotcakes. Plenty of interest in it though.
