Cubase 3 SE on Mac to Cubase 5 on PC

Simple question: if I record a project on a mac in cubase 3 SE and copy the whole folder on my pc with cubase 5, will I be able to open the .cpr file? I think that you can open a cubase 3 file with cubase 5 but you cant open a cubase 5 fille with cubase 3, but I don't know about PC/Mac compatibility.

Cubase 5 will open any previous version, but you can't go back.

You can't open a cubase 5 project on Cubase 3.

PC/Mac compatibility shouldn't be an issue.
