hey guys,

my studio PC is a quad core, 8 GB ram and windows 7 64bit.
my audio interface is a PCI RME HDSP9632.
as far as it comes to input latency i am fine.
recoridng in cubase seems to be fine so far,
so i have the "recording latency" disabled.

when it comes to mixing there is some latency caused by plugins
that's why i enabled the "orange clock symbol"

this option disables almost every non cubase internal plugin,
in my case slate trigger, fg-x and the softube mix bundle.

does anybody know what's the problem here!?

cheers
S.

yeah pretty sure thats because its a "zero latency" button. if you enable it, its going to disable all your plugins so your computer can keep up at 0ms latency.

also cubase has auto latency. so if your having a problems for latency its probably a driver issue.... or bugs on your coptuer... or something. never have had plugin latency, or audio delay, even on a dual core.
