Cubase import problems!!!!

I have been trying to import some files into Cubase all night and nothing is lining up right at all. I have been importing the MIDI track first and then setting up my tempo map and then mass importing all the tracks and they just will not line up with the MIDI drums at all. Do any of you know what might be the problem???

do you have the sample rate in cubase set to the same as the tracks themselves?

And are you sure they should align correctly ?
The problem is not coming from the way the tracks were exported ?

Can you post a screenshot ?

have you tried importing the tempo track from the midi file and then importing the midi and audio files?
