mmm for me sounds like pantera, nu metal and some black sabbath riffs its ok but not better than Pantera

I'm gonna give them a chance once I get their cd. Hopefully the cd as a whole will be good. I guess we'll have to wait and see.

DimeBag Darrel is the MAN!!! Dimebag was probably my biggest inspiration to pick up the guitar. Very technical. I havent heard Damageplan yet, but I will defintley be checking them out. It will be interesting to see how Dime and Vinnie do w/o such a prominant frontman like Phil Anselmo.

In the damageplan forum I was reading a couple threads that said phil has been talking some serious shit about the rest of Pantera during the SJR shows. Ive read a couple interviews with him about the band breaking up, and he said he really didnt have any hard feelings. Anyone been to see SuperJoint Rutial that has witnessed this? If thats true I have lost quite a bit of respect for one of my favorite Metal frontmen.

Its not too bad.....its not supposed to be Pantera 2 either...but I do belive a second album..if it gets that far will be better......It sounds thrown together with out planning to much...maybe they wanted some music out there cause Phil was putting out shit left and right....I know people hate Phil because of his feelings towards the pantera camp....to me i am happy he is doing shit besides sitting on his ass doing nothing....
