DANIEL TRIGGER "Infinite Persistance" - cover, track list

height:407

With the musician and producer DANIEL TRIGGER we have found another good nominee for our sub-label Pure Rock Records., which has been very creative in the music-business within the last 15 years. At first three studio-albums under the full name ("Believe In Me“ (1997), "Wheels In Motion“ (1998) and "Full Circle“ (2003)) have been released, then there were four more albums under the shortened banner TRIGGER: "Call To Arms" (2005), "Fight The Machine“ (2006), "Dawn Of A New Knight“ (2007) and "Furious Times“ (2009).

After „Infinite Persistence“ first has been released at the beginning of this year as a self-release, now we will put out a professional re-release of it. The album, which in total took two years of work, presents simple played, melodic Hard Rock with a modern production, done by the boss himself. The sometimes bluesy, sometimes clear, but also rough vocals of Daniel let you think of some Arena Rock-heroes of the 80s, the candy keyboards and some of the guitar-riffs (see also „Track 3“) show up parallels to Bon Jovi in their best days. With these twelve compact, catchy songs and a modern production, the Briton transfers the spirit of the late 80s into the new decade.

".... this is a shockingly strong and consistent album and definitely value for money. Dan has obviously delivered his best and hopefully not his last album. With news that Infinite Persistence is set for a full release on a European label later this year the signs do point to Dan embarking on a continuingly fruitful musical path with fingers crossed more albums in the future.

A Fantastic bombastic rock album mixing elements of old school melodic rock with darker edged contemporary rock! So go buy this album now, crank it right up to neighbour annoying levels and as Dan demands on ‘Screaming at The Enemy’ – RAISE YOUR HANDS!" 9/10 Woody/Woody´s Rock Reviews
