I had heard before that the crowd could have been more energetic. Too bad. Can you tell me if the whole concert is like the trailer for American Hate where the camera keeps switching really quickly?

I think Eric said Chuck had pushed to shoot the DVD as soon as possible whereas he had preferred to have it all planned out and shot outside the US where the crowds are more into the show (South America in particular). Well, maybe next time they'll do a DVD somewhere else.

He also said everyone in the band was really happy and got what they wanted.I just thought at least one of them wouldn't like that.

Maybe he would've wished it was done elsewhere, but is happy with the outcome nonetheless (for what it's worth).

Well,what I mean is I thought I read that they all had input on the dvd and were all happy with the angles and editing?
IMO the editing is very good. Maybe the most camera angle switching is on the intro to Rise Up but it kind of cools off as the concert progresses.
I can't stop listening to it so that pretty much sums it all up.
It kicks ass and the band is as tight as it will ever get!
