Dark Tranquility and Arch Enemy at HOB Chicago

Anyone know how strict HoB is when it comes to cameras? I know the ticket has "No cameras" printed on it but do they actually enforce that shit? I'm hoping no one will give a shit as long as I don't use a flash.

edit: seeing Inside The Particle Storm live was all sorts of awesome

I second Darkstar on The Particle Storm. It was one of those performances that make you hear the song a little differently and like it all over again.

Anyone see me? I was the girl with long brown hair wearing tan pants and a black t-shirt. I was mostly in the middle/front.

Im going to 3rd that, During Inside the Particle Storm I was in a total trance. I was in the middle front too and moshing a bit, but I don't recall seeing you :/

I was right up front. There was only one person in front of me. This is the first time at a concert I wasn't paying attention to the pit. Only had a couple times someone ran into me and then there was the squeezing.

I missed the first two bands. How long did they play for? It started at 6pm right?

I got in at like 6:30ish and the curtains were already closed and they were setting up for Divine Heresy so i'm guessing Firewind either started a bit early or had a really short set. Divine Heresy went on shortly after I got there I didn't really pay attention to the total time they played though, they did a pretty good job though.

Also fuck the parking costs at House of Blues, 24 dollars to park a car

edit: the designs on the zip up hoodie/shirts available there are awesome as well. I haven't seen those on any of their normal merch dealers online. I only had enough to pick up the zip up hoodie and the Fiction Tour 2008 shirt. Wish I had brought more that other shirt design was pretty bad ass unfortunately I couldn't get it as well hopefully they will be available at a later date

Same goes for me. I actually like the way the skull looks, but I still wouldn't wear it.

Hah I don't mind it that much it is a little odd putting something that huge on the back but I also needed a new light hoodie/jacket since I got blasted at a bar one night and left the old one there. Never saw it again.
