Hmmm... I drove 450 miles to see Dark Tranquillity / Omnium Gatherum / Exmortus in Atlanta a few months ago. Dark Tranquillity is one of my favorite bands ever, and Insomnium are pretty high on the list of bands I'd like to see, but I'm not going to travel 900 miles to see the closest show on this tour just because their booking agency feels like ignoring the southeast yet again. If this were in the summer, I'd consider taking a trip up to the northeast to see the New York or Philadelphia shows and also hang with some friends I haven't seen in a while, but I'm sure as hell not doing that in January, heh.
