Darkness Descends vs. Beneath The Remains

If Darkness Descends is on par with Beneath the Remains I guess I need to hear it.

Dark Angel .. hmmm .. I had at one point all their releases ... saw them live once .. .I think ... was pretty drunk in those days. I remember seeing Hoglan ... or was it with Death? Hmm

There is a certain sloppiness and rawness to Dark Angel that never appealed to me. They wrote some complex tunes but not ones that were easy on the ears or really stood the test of time.

So yes ... BTR
