Reign in Blood or Darkness Descends? Which is the best thrash album of all time?

I can think of very few albums that affected me like Reign in Blood did - maybe if I had heard Darkness Descends first, it would have had a chance as it is a brilliant album in its own right, but I didn't sit and listen to DD over and over again after I got it like I did RiB. I don't care if Gene Hoglan is a better drummer than Lombardo, or that Tom Araya didn't know how to fucking play bass, Slayer wins!

Looks like only few people here understand the true almightiess that Darkness Descends is.

And yep you're a pansy if you choose a Metallica or Megadeth IMHO.
