Ddrum Trigger Help! (may be broken)

[Everybody]

I was tracking drums today, and I noticed the kick cut out.

I take off the kick trigger, and the blue cord/wire isnt inside the blue felt part anymore. =[

is this easily fixable, or am I going to have to buy a new trigger?

(yes ive tried to put it back in, but it always come out, and it doesnt seemed to be attached/touching the red wire anymore...)

Mine broke similarly and I fixed it but taking it completely apart, re soldering everything, and putting an assload of electric tape over the two little sensors and the blue foam bit.

are the red and blue wires soldered together inside the blue felt? cause everything else is still in tact, and the less soldering i have to do, the better chance i have at not completely ruining the trigger =P

Buy a new transducer, should be something like ten bucks.
