Currently uploading Pure Fucking Armageddon, same URL.
If someone wants these after I've removed them, get them from JayKeeley. I'm lacking server space.

Yes. Necrobutcher was not in the band at the time. Euronymous kicked Necrobutcher out before the recording of DMDS due to wimpdom. Hellhammer then proceeded to invite him into the band again after Euronymous' demise.

"Out from the Dark" is an extremely rare live bootleg (Sorath has it.) The official releases with Dead are limited to "Live in Leipzig" and two compilation tracks on the now extremely rare comp. "Projections of a Stained Mind" (I have it,) which are the only studio tracks with Dead ever. These are "Freezing Moon" and "Carnage." These have since been re-released and bootlegged on various formats.
What about the Deathcrush EP? Doesn't that feature Dead on vocals?

Listening to the album for the 4th time since receiving it earlier today... I really like it. Definitely dig the vocals, very different from what I would normally expect. They remind me of the old singer from Laundry (great prog. band in the mid-90s). I'm not really noticing anything extraordinary with the basswork though, perhaps I need to listen closer...

*reminded that I am still pissed that the 1st track on my rare and long OOP Laundry - Blacktongue CD is scratched to shit and won't play on any CD player*

The bass work isn't extraordinary as far as extraordinary bass work goes (you like prog and stuff, don't ya) but very innovative and atmospheric for being in a black metal band. You should be able to spot the double bass tracks and one of the best moments on DMDS in "Life Eternal" around 1:17.
