The promoter posted some message last night about cancelling the fest due to low ticket presales and now the entire Facebook page is missing. Hmmmm.

I'm really sad that the plug got pulled on Ragnarokkr, and so suddenly too. It's one of the highlights of my year and it kick-started so many friendships. Without Ragnarokkr, I might not have met JP and I might have never gotten Gatekeeper back up and running. Crazy shit. I was really looking forward to seeing Ross The Boss, Praying Mantis and Brocas Helm

Same here. On the plus side, we still have those friendships and all the great experiences of past Ragnarokkrs. Looking forward, there are other great fests next year. Hoepfully, Frost & Fire III and Defenders Of The Old IV will happen...

Uncle Bob's Backyard Birthday Bash for 2017 please.

But yeah, I was shocked and fucking pissed about it. It's definitely one of the highlights of the year for me but I guess I got Maryland Doom Fest, Days of the Doomed Fest, and hopefully other festivals to look forward to.
