drums tracked live with nt5s for overheads, mk012s for ride/china, at4050 hihat, sm57 snare, kick triggered, e604's on toms

guitars were tracked using a line 6 hd100 spidervalve, sounded better than i thought it would. vox through at4050

new to recording real live drums so it was fun to do

sounds good. not an easy thing to do so congrats. At first i thought the kick was completely natural i almost pooped my pants. One thing that kind of bothered me is that snare is a little too far back in the mix for my tastes. Also the kic could come down in volume just a little bit I think. Good job on the mix and song overall though... I dig

Sounds really good but i agree with farbeyondmetal on the snare, which is really good but a bit buried when there is a lot of stuff going on at the same time (especially vocals). Just a minor detail though.
