i can't exactly tell what is, but it sounds like something is distorting. i think it might be the bass drum with the guitars. and some guitars parts seem a little thin, namely the center tracks. i like some of the rhythms you guys play though. pretty sweet

by the way, have you heard of T Racks 3?

its a mastering program like ozone or waves. there's a preset on it i use for guitars called FM Broadcast. I turn the clipper's input gain down to 0db. it's makes the guitars sound so full and punchy. here's an example: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/17738809/TOC Song 1 fin master.mp3

Alright I had to compress a little harder actually and turn the volume down some, but at least it's not distorting anymore. Same link if you want to check it out.

alright, i would definitely turn the gain up on the amp. it just doesn't sound strong enough to me personally.
