This is possibly the MOST requested album via email from the fans, so I figured I would take the time to clear everything up.
The reason we have not reissued anything thus far is because the original master tapes are lost. Several avenues have been exhausted to no avail. So we keep trying and maybe one day they will show up, but we aren't sure.
There are bootlegs (nice looking it seems) floating around but I assume they are pulled from vinyl source.
