Ok well, I really need some help here.
I love the Decapitated rhythm stuff, it is incredible. but i am wondering how he plays with such clarity and all that...etc.

i.e., tone, gain level, pickup, eq etc etc etc.
any help? i need to find a perfect rhythm sound.

He plays a Dimebag setup pretty much, Dean Dime shape through a Randall stack. Dunno about effects though.

you'll need a nice guitar with some good metal pickups and a bigass stack. From what I've heard it doesn't sound too heavy on the effects...probably a little reverb and whatnot.

hes got no effects.

as for guitars his mains are two ran customs, and an esp sc-607

as for amps, he uses line 6 flextone II Heads, Randall RH100 heads, and standard randall cabs


but his live sound is kinda muddy and shitty IMO.
