Deliverance album cover question

I thought it sort of did look like Mikael, perosnally.
 
I think the cover's concept is that this is a room where someone recently died (obviously a little boy or girl because of the puppet)..........and the soul's still around, so you can see him or her in the mirror...........

I think on the damnation cover the puppet shall represent the girl who's still alive....
 
I think the albums (deliverance/damnation) are about a pregnant woman giving (or perhaps losing a baby) birth. You can see the shadow of a pregnant woman on the Damnation cover, and the title "Deliverance" is about the baby being born.It's very late and i'm tired so I don't know if this is making much sense, but i'm sure people can see what I mean by the following.

Damnation - About an unwanted pregnancy

Deliverance - About losing the baby (i.e. being delivered from damnation), Or having the baby.
