Deliverance Vinyl... why??

How come there is no proper vinyl lp release of Deliverance... my collection just isn't complete without it. I know there's the double picture lp edition, but pic-discs are a disgrace compared to proper LPs...

Mike, the vinylfreak I know that you are... is there ever going to be a proper vinyl release of Deliverance?

Hey guys... I actually wondered this some time ago myself. So I emailed the question to band manager Andy Farrow. His response was pretty bleak in terms of the chances of us ever seeing a proper release of Deliverance on Vinyl. It's all due to the MFN label being sold to Sony/BMG. So, essentially, Sony/BMG (who ARE re-releasing BWP, D1, D2 and Lamentations) are the ones that hold the rights to those albums, and according to Mr. Farrow, it's rather unlikely they would ever release D1 on vinyl.
