Has anyone heard of this? Specifically, the new release "The Seven Sorrows." It's dark ambient, with spoken word vocals. I'm trying to track it down so I can buy it. Any help with a purchase is appreciated. I"ve looked just about everywhere and can't seem to locate a distro that has it. C'mon, you fuckin' amazing Opeth forum people, I know you know!!!!

"Seven Sorrows" is a stunning album from start to finish, so is "That Which is Tragic and Timeless". Get them both!

Thanx. Truly something I'm looking forward to hearing especially with the Fall and Winter months approaching. As you know, as we grow our musical tastes will shift. I still appreciate "ripping' Metal and "death" vox, but, as of late I am liking Dark ambient and more soothing music. Of course, this style of music must meet my lofty expectations.

YA, truly a shock. Emusic has 3 or 4 of their albums. When my downloads re-stock on Sept,30, I'll have the MP3 Digital of "Seven Sorrows."

Yes, Ive listened many times. While I can appreciate this, I find it "sleep inducing." Quoting from other books and such, is not very original. 3/5.
