I'm not sure what do you mean. But once u install Ubuntu, it will install almost ALLLLLL your hardware and all.
There is Ubuntu Studio for art shits (like design, recording and all), it's oriented for those stuff. If u need any help, there is a HUGE SUPPORT COMMUNITY !
