I must say it's good to see him moving up and playing at Reggie's this time.

It's not a move up from Lincoln Hall, neither in capacity nor in class (since there is no place I would rather see a show than LH). But Reggie's ain't bad either, and I'm just happy it's not House of Blues (where he's done plenty of opening).

I really want to go, but damn like I said there's a ton of shows that month. There's at least 5 or 6 on my radar.

Pfft, sounds like an average month...I've been to 7 in July already, with two more this week. Oh, ok, for normal people I guess it's a lot.

0. All year until August-September.

No driving a few hours to go see a show?

And man, there has been some great shows within a few hours drive from where you're at. How come you've missed them all?

Lack of a paying job? (not to say that I don't work, working a playoff game tonight even) ProgPower be xmas presents usually. Trying to change that this year by going the free lance session musican route and trying to get work at school or something. Seven Kingdoms show is so cheap ($10 win) I'm just throwing that in like a bonus to visit my brother in raleigh.

Ahh makes sense. Didn't know that was the case. Every now and then we get people complaining that they don't get any shows in their area, but at the same time, they refuse to drive over an hour to see someone. That usually pisses me off. Good luck getting the job - you'll need some cash for some of the stuff we're planning to bring to the East Coast. ;)
