Die Melanie Morgan Die!!!

Hell no. Both are totally incapable. Both have supported mass genocide and both have their fair share of failings. It's like trying to pick bad or bad. They may disagree with your own particular value systems moreso than the more liberal democrats, but they're certainly no worse.

I'd rather not vote than pretend it actually means anything.

I'm by no means an extremist, and the fact that none of the parties I can vote for represent anything I believe in is a sad indictment of modern politics.

The way I see it is that voting essentially has lost its meaning. Plus, I don't really support the idea of democracy anyways. I find it ineffective and dangerous.

I agree. Voting for President in this country is pointless. Anyone who tells you that you have a voice in presidential elections doesn't understand the term "electoral college." Local or State elections are the only ones where your vote actually matters.

Yeah well, take any right wing dumbass and it's all about bad-mouthing the liberals that are eating away at america as opposed to getting off their rich fucking asses and doing something.

Her and Ann coulter can eat my ass, served with a side salad of shut the fuck up.
thank you. It shouldn't amaze me that someone thousands of miles away has a better grip on the realities than 35% of this fucking population.

will you marry me when you're old enough :)

I'll agree the Democrats have been rudderless and severly lacking in ideas for a while now. that said, I'd rather have them than a pack of puppets receiving their marching orders straight from James Dobson.

this is such a a tricky issue man, I have really strong personal beliefs about abortion that have NOTHING to do with religion or politics, it IS the right of the female, however it takes 2 baby...
true, it is one of those issues that is onion-like, the more layers you peel away, the more you find.

I have a very dear friend who got an abortion when she was 17. Her pregnancy was a dire error in judgement and for her, having the baby would have totally derailed her life. At the same time, another friend of mine got pregnant at 18 and had the baby and gave it up for adoption. Both of them made decisions at young ages that they felt was right at the time.

and no, I was not the father of either :goggly: I mean, damn damn damn.:erk:

I certainly undesrtand where you're coming from, and I agree to a point, but the modern US republicans are a bunch of neo-conservative Christian fundamentalists (or at least that's the mask they put on at the moment to have the blind christians buy into their shit), and they're taking bold, quick steps to take our rights away, and eradicate what few checks and balances are left in our government. Yes, I realize there have been many "quiet acts" passed that undermine out Bill of Rights since the late 40's, but never at such a fast rate, and never so blatant.

Definately agreed, as a woman I do believe in pro choice, but that choice should also include whom ever fathered the child. I could never do it myself, but I have no objections to someone else doing it for the right reasons.
I've heard of too many woman getting them behind their partners backs, there partners being oblivious to the fact that they were even pregnant, which is wrong by all counts.
