But why? I just moved my rig to my new house and powered everything up and after a minute of core audio manager running my entire Mac freezes and requires restart. Why would this happen? And most importantly how do I fix it?

Run Disk Utility and do repair permissions on the main drive. After that see if it still does it. If so, try disabling your net connection, that may be the culprit. If not, I dunno.

restart the computer holding down D and do a hardware check. ram might be faulty or loose.

Tried this. Unplugged everything from the MacBook, everything worked fine. Plugged in everything, near immediate crash.

Tried restarting holding d and nothing happened. Will physically check the ram now.

Note, this didn't work. Back to square one. My only other thought is its immediately heating up and causing it to crash. I've noticed the fan peaks Rpms and the heat goes upto 80 Celsius, even with nothing running. I'm completely lost once again.

I doubt it will be software related, but reset the PRAM and SMC, since that's the first thing an Apple tech will ask you to do. Then they'll ask you to do an archiving install of OSX, and if that doesn't fix it a full re-install. That's what the Apple tech did with me in the Apple shop when this happened to my 2010 MBP when it took a heavy knock a couple of months ago. Apple tried to fix it 3 times (replacing the HDD, Logic board and RAM) and they couldn't get it to work so they replaced it a new machine. So it doesn't look too good for you :(
