digitech gsp 2101/2120

hi i've seen a cheap(ish) gsp2120 and i already have the kemper i have no experience with the digitech i want to use it as a fx unit. is the gsp 2120 a great fx unit or just use the fx on the kemper?

I have a 2101 Studio Tube version. They're definitely a pretty sick piece of gear, especially being from the 90's and as inexpensive they are. The distortions and saturations are really good and the fx are pretty up there. I haven't used a Kemper so I don't really know how the fx are. Though, the way i see it, why have more than one fx unit?

Well i bought the 2101 and made it as a preamp and a midi controller for the kemper . i like how the tubes color the sound before it hits the kemper thanks by the way for your reply

So which processor are you using for the fx? the GSP or kemper? And which do you prefer?

Now im uing the kemper the 2101 is only for midi control
