At the official Dimmu Borgir website www.dimmu-borgir.com
they've developed their own Ultimate metal style forum.

Of course it sucks miserably, but it's interesting to note the effect this page is having on other, shall we say more impressionable websites.

It's cool.

There are several sites that are virtualy exact copies of this one I think one even changed it colour scheme from red and black to blue recently

But, of course, UM is the ultimate metal website so will always be the best

Yeah, because it's the same software, albeit customizable. There are hundreds of forums like this one

Yeah, but seriously these ones are virtualy exactly the same even down to the forums, set up and colour schemes. Or the one I saw was. If only I could remember the damn URL

I would have loved a Dimmu Borgir forum here. It probably would have been better for them to have it here as well, because obviously people at the website already know and like the band.

As it is, it sucks over there. Not the band, the forum.

We need another large forum, of a band that I like.

Sofar, all the other forums here are bands that I either don't know or don't like.

And stepping into hostile territory is scary.

I'm not directly approaching bands at the moment, but that shouldn't stop fans approaching the bands/websites themselves
