Dissection R.I.P.

It's like Napoleon Bonaparte , resurfacing for defeat (shit in the case of Dissection) then leave :)

All this on the eve of the new album....? What does that mean? Another 200 'official' bootlegs of demo recordings, rehearsals, live albums, etc. [/cynic]

Big words, anyone of you witnessed the rebirth live?

I think they were great and as I've never been that huge Dissection-fan, this has got nothing to do with the "hype".

Yup, I saw Dissection live this year, good concert. Still overhyped as fuck, rebirth this, rebirth that, it's a band that reformed and is touring again.

Well for me, Dissection and mainly Jon seemed really devoted and I support that kind of action and behaviour. That's why I don't have any Velvet Cacoon on my recordlist.

Heh, well, I like Dissection, a lot, and I think the concert was really good (the drummer seemed a little untight though?) but I just find that the ratio of talk & hype vs. what the new Dissection actually has accomplished so far is a bit... wrong.

Maybe he realized that bubba's anti-cosmic rectum stretching during prison caused him to write a mediocre album and instead will ignore everything his anti-cosmic bum buddy told him and go back to old dissection awesomeness. Or he's about to hit a whole new anti-cosmic level of anti-comisc fagness and our ears will be anti-cosmically earfucked.
