Dissertation Questionnaire: The Future Of The Music Industry?

I am currently writing my dissertation on the future of the music industry and if new rock & metal artists will be able to be as successful as their predecessors.

Through this dissertation i have interviewed: Duff Mckagan, Lamb Of God, Opeth, Paradise Lost, Testament, Airbourne, Amon Amarth, Bleeding Through Black Stone Cherry, Suicide Silence, Devil Driver, Total Rock, Factory Music, Rocksector Records, Duff Press, Farcical Verite Films and others and the results are very varied and interesting.

The dissertation is coming into it's final stages now and i would greatly appreciate it if you could take a few mins to fill in this questionnaire.
