Do these guitars sound out of tune? need help ASAP

the bass and the lead guitar that was recorded with them were very out of tune but i think these sound okay i can't tell tho what do your ears tell you?

Compared to the distorted guitar trail at the beginning, the clean guitar is slightly off.

Also, the clean chord near the middle sounded a little too muddy for my taste, maybe backing off a little low end on the clean IMO?

ahh okay thanks dude!. i'm gonna re do them and yeah the amp used is extremely boomy. thats with the bass on 1.5 high pass at 100 and a 4 db cut around 200 with a wide Q haha. thanks though!
