Phish at all? Man, A Picture of Nectar is in my Top 5 favorite albums, up there w/ Symphony X... Haven't heard them mentioned at all on this forum, but their genre probably says it all. Any one else here into "Jam" bands?for those who dont know Phish - check out Chalkdust Torture, adn others, only their latest album. Round Room has tracks I dont like. But A Picture of Nectar is one of those discs, you dont need to look for a good song, they all rock... yea...

inevitably i listen to phish because most of my college housemates are obsessed

but i also LIKE phish

some great catchy songs, good instruments, etc...

but there are so many albums and live versions that i've never bothered to follow..i just leave it up to my buds

I don't really listen to them but their songs show up on the radio all the time.I caught Trey Anastasio (spelling?) playing with Les Claypool andStewart Copeland on television some months back.It was fairly impressive.

I have only heard a song of theirs once a while back and I don't really remember it too well. I knew a couple ppl in high school that loved them and they looked like 20th century hippies. I do remember that they sound kinda folkish but even stranger. Well, those guys that liked them were always wearing old sandals and docker shorts and were serious potheads.
