I think some people are just born stupid. you cannot teach a person their personality or to be open minded, you can teach them to fake it to a certain degree, but I believe people are born who they are. External factors can influence the way they will deal with certain things, but I dont think our experiances are what defines us as individuals.

Clearly you are implying that Christianity is an inferior "dumber" religion than any other belief system you are putting forward. In "exhibit two" you would be implying that all belief systems are equal, which your statement under "exhibit one" where you are implying that Christianity is inferior has shown that you do not believe your own words.

Of course in order to quell the future objections that only a "religion" is a belief system, here is a quick digression: believing in no morals whatsoever, if you choose to try to get out of it that way, can be termed nihilism, which can be looked upon as a "belief system" based on nothing. If you just simply believe that there is no god, gods, or not any supernatural forces at all in the universe you can call this atheism. Atheism is also a "belief system". This argument can be carried on for any philosophy or ideology.

Back to the top: By previously claiming that Christianity is nothing but "stupid", while praising a different point of view, you have contradicted yourself in your second statement where you said that no system of beliefs is "smarter" or "dumber" than the others.
