def. some harmonizer/octave thing going on, but there's more than just that...I'm too tired to take a real good listen tonight.

Sounds like several layers, either created manually or using delays, with loads of pitch shifting (probably up as well as down) and time stretching. Obviously at least one of the layers is reversed.

EQ and a fuck-off-big-reverb (TM) should help it all sit together when you get close to the sound you're after.
